Could not connect to margin, shutting down

Not sure what ive done wrong, followed all the instructions, and when i go to either create a new char or to log into one of the ones allready made on the servers it comes up cannot connect to margin shutting down??

help please, i fail with jargon or anything, need it spelled out

Can't make new characters yet, you can only log in with 'lolcharacter'.
