Cant install Mxoemu

When i run the the mxoemutestserver program my comp says windows install service is not working, but i can install other stuff just fine

Something's broken with your msiexec or you are a standard account wihtout admin privileges

thhaankk you it worked, i tried one of those before but i did another one and it worked i cant wait to see what this game will look like later in development.
