Plus I'm gonna party like it's 1999. Maybe flesh out a new alt. Having access to multiple forum accounts could possibly make for some cool RP.

In my experience, people were more interested in RP when they didn't know who was behind it, or if they thought it was LET/LESIG. It was tricky with one forum account.

This collection is missing 16 archive critical missions and about 30% of all contact missions.

I don't this is the case actually, this is something ussually done client side (Note whenever the devs made a fix to a mission, such as a typo, they updated everyone's client).

However, it would still be a question for someone who's looked in depth at the client code.
