Thank you! Thank you! I couldn't figure out what the problem was! I redownloaded it twice and used the download manager and tried using a different Zip program T~T Now my client problem journey is complete! Lol. Now it's setting up the launcher ^_^ Can't wait to play again! Aaand thanks so much. Again xD

Translation: Extract the MatrixOnline.7z (recommended to Program Files) > Run the MxO Emu Test Server as Administrator > Go to the folder the MatrixOnline.7z was extracted to > DO NOT click anything else EXCEPT "Choose" i.e. You are choosing that folder, not its contents. Voila!
