Please some explanations

Hello everybody, there are some problems while playing the game:
1) I can't customize my own character, or better still, i can't see my own character customization.
2) I can't perform any special actions.
3) I can't wear any other clothes or equip any weapons, if i did it, the game would freeze.
4) Why there ain't no missions?! why do I start from level 50?
