You are doing it SO WRONG.

First of all, look at where you created your account: http://www.mxoforums.com/
Now, look up at where you are: http://www.mxoemu.info/

That's the first problem.

The second problem is that you need to run the file that ends with .BAT and not not not not not the file that ends with .EXE.

Also, since this is an emulator, NEVER create an account with anything SOE related. They are no longer running the Matrix Online. Please read the FAQ in my signature for more information, and please pay attention to what project you are logging in to (I know it's confusing, but from here out the FAQ should help set you straight).
