Runtime error!

hey guys I followed all directions on the main page and it seemed like it was going to work so i run the launcher(everytime i open it it comes up with the find directory and i noticed on the main page it should only come up once) anyways i open the launcher it has already patched so it just shoots up to 100% i click launch it goes to the little console looking login thing i login with my user and pass and it goes to the area where i can select a character and i select my character i made on the website. i click the continue or launch or whatever it is and the error comes up:

I am pretty skilled with computers and I viewed a post earlier today that suggested a similiar problem to mine be fixed with a visuals update so i want ahead and did the update and nada still not working if you could offer any other advice I already tried moving the directory from my desktop to program files and that did nothing.

Run the launcher as administrator
